Summit Hill Refresh

A kitchen and mudroom refresh for a lovely Summit Hill home in St. Paul, MN. Our team took it all the way down to the bones, bringing everything up to code and beyond with new windows, insulation, plumbing, and electrical systems. We even set our client up for a future primary bathroom suite, when the time is right. In a home rife with poor choices from the early 1990s, we set this historic home on course to honor the heritage of many craftspeople from decades past. We feel fortunate to have worked on this beautiful home, a special first project from a trusting client as we found our footing as “The Thoughtful Builder.”
