“When I was young, I loved to take things apart so I could figure out how to put them back together. That simple joy has evolved into a passion for putting homes together. I’m always thinking about the decisions, components and craftspeople that come together to make a beautiful and long-lasting living space that reflects the life of the client.”
Charlie comes from a long history of lumber traders on the river banks of Stillwater, Minn., a legacy that inspires Edgerton & Co. Charlie’s career in construction started with a stint as a trim carpenter in northern Minnesota, eventually leading to his work as a project manager for new home construction and remodeling projects at well-respected companies. Charlie has led projects that scale from modest one-room refreshes to large custom homes in the most sought-after areas in the Twin Cities.
Justin England
Director Of Construction
Justin began his construction career working for a small general contractor on remodels and landscaping. When he landed a job as a framer at a premier construction company, he learned first-hand how to build to the highest standards. His hands-on expertise, eye for detail, and can-do attitude led him to become a site supervisor for some of the most sophisticated homes in town. As Director of Construction at Edgerton & Co., Justin is driven by getting everyone successfully across the finish line to deliver a high-quality and custom-built home.
Lindsay McGlynn
Administrative Manager
Lindsay has spent the bulk of her career working on the administrative side of the creative industry. She has worn a variety of hats over the years, including project manager, account manager, studio manager and editor. If one thing is for sure across all these experiences, it’s that Lindsay is highly organized, has a process-oriented mind, and notices even the smallest details. She happily brings these skills to Edgerton & Co. to keep everything on the back-end organized and running smoothly.
